We conduct user-testing and usability/design analyses in relation to e.g. products, services, wayfinding systems, security systems, user interfaces, web pages, passive and active control systems, process management, collaborative design systems (Main contractor/subcontractor/client systems).
Facilities available include 3 camera usability bench, mobile video/audio recording, on-site analyses, paper prototyping, rapid prototyping analysis, and emotional response analysis, focus groups, comparative testing.
We are happy to integrate user-testing with Agile design processes.
